Knox Haven provides a unique grouping of initiatives that addresses a broad range of issues and challenges people face in their lives today. Knoxville Center of the Deaf (KCD) is a non-profit organization established in December 1977 with a drive to provide communication access for all Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and DeafDisabled individuals across 12 counties in Eastern Tennessee.
